Along with javelin I’m studying to be a Chef here at the Lethbridge College where they have an amazing culinary program.  Right now I’m doing a section on basically every spice known to man.  We got talking about what you should be looking for when buying or storing spices because most people (including myself) believed that dried spices will last till the end of time! Unfortunately this isn’t the case.  I found a great website that goes more in depth and shows how to make your herbs and spices taste as great as possible.
